Brief Scope / Objectives of the Project
Construction of 120.12 km long Havelian–Thakot expressway. 4 lanes from Havelian to Mansehra (39 km) and 2 lane facility from Mansehra to Thakot (81.12 km).
Benefits of the Project
The project will significantly enhance the potential for increased international trade between China and Pakistan and also with the Central Asian Republics.
