Brief Scope / Objectives of the Project
The project envisages construction of two main commercial complexes having 3 & 2 storeys with allied facilities for port related activities such as custom clearance, banks, container freight stations, cold storages etc

Benefits of the Project
Gwadar, being relatively a small town and in the process of being developed, especially with a modern port, offers lot of opportunities to prospective investors amongst others some of them are in the fields of port related infrastructure such as storage, warehousing, hotels, motels, travel and tourism, industrial sector, sea food processing & export, date processing and export construction – office spaces etc. This project is aimed at facilitating business related operations within Gwadar Port.
