Holds Master degree in Forestry from Pakistan Forest Institute (PFI), Peshawar (University of Peshawar), and a Bachelor in Agriculture from Barani (Arid) Agriculture College, Rawalpindi (University of Agriculture Faisalabad). Fluent in English, Urdu and other local languages. Have experience of more than 29 years. Major tasks performed include; planning, technical appraisal, monitoring and evaluation of development initiatives/projects. Prior to joining back this Section as Deputy Chief, worked in the Evaluation Section of Projects Wing, of this ministry as Deputy Director (Evaluation) and evaluated number a of completed development projects of during 2006- 2011. Worked as Deputy Chief in Environment & Climate Change Section for 2 years and currently working as Chief of this Section. Qualified 25th Senior Management Course (SMC) during 2018 and 12th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) successfully. Attended several domestic and international trainings.
