Mr. Waheed Zaman studied Development Studies from International Development Institute in Japan and Media Studies from University of Oslo, Norway. He also holds Master Degree in English Literature from University of Peshawar. He has over 26 years’ experience of working on different positions in Ministry of Planning Development & Special Initiative. He is Chief Mass Media & CSTY Section since October, 2017. Presently, he is holding additional charge of posts of Project Director, Development Communication Project and Chief, Manpower Section. He has contributed/authored a number of Perspective Plan, Five Year Plan and Annual Plan chapters on Mass Media, Culture, Sports, Tourism & Youth Sectors. He has diversified experience of planning, development funding, project appraisal, public policy, project preparation, monitoring, evaluation, execution, coordination, administration and management.
