Masters in Economics from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad Started career as a Banker in a Public Sector Bank Served as Lecturer in Economics at Federal Government Degree College, Kharian Cantonment Joined the Economists Group of M/o PD&SI as Research Officer (BPS-17) on 20.9.1990 Have an extensive and diverse experience as remained posted in various Ministries outside Planning Division as per following details: Research Officer (BS-17) in Ministry of Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis from 20.9.1990 to 01.2.1995. Research Officer (BS-17) in Ministry of Industries and Production (office of the Chief/Joint Controller General Prices& Supplies) from 02.2.1995 to 29.6.2000. Deputy Chief (BS-19) in the Project Monitoring & Evaluation Cell of Ministry of Interior from 01.11.2006 to 18.11.2008. Worked as Deputy Director in the Projects Wing and other Sections of the Ministry like Macroeconomic and International Trade & Finance (IT&F). Successfully completed Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) and Senior Management Course (SMC) from National School of Public Policy (NSPP), Lahore As Chief IT&F Section, lead Pakistan’s Delegation in the 30th Meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO)-Regional Planning Council (RPC) held from 14-16 January, 2020 at ECO Secretariat, Tehran, Iran.
