In December 2009, Pakistan and Norway signed an agreement for Institutional Cooperation Programme. Under this programme, Govt. of Norway will provide grant assistance to Pakistan for strengthening of Technical and Managerial capacity of Pakistani Institutes through cooperation with likely partner Institutes in Norway.

The two Institutes (Pakistani and Norwegian) will develop a joint proposal for promoting their mutual interests. Click here for detailed guidelines to avail this facility.
